Scraping up Fresh Fodder

So sorry to distract you from truly important things like Jacko and the Florida sideshow (find your own damn links!), but in entertainment news we have word that it's time to dip deeper into the Army's Individual Ready Reserve. The Army plans to send mobilization orders to about 6100 soldiers who have completed their active-duty service commitment yet are still eligible to be recalled into active service (no, that makes no sense to me either).
